Successfully argued against a motion that CPN7 should apply on behalf of the Respondent. Appeal dismissed

Unreported decision at the ACJ (then ABPC) - acted for the Employer Defendant in a contractor dispute matter concerning the interpretation of a service agreement, and was able to persuade the Court to dismiss the majority of the Plaintiff's claim.
